		<description>Thank you for this post. It's nice to get information about improving one's chances of employment from someone who has actually been involved in hiring in the past. I checked out their website and it seems really interesting. One thing though: from what I understand on their "How it Works" section, the toll-free number is for the job seeker. 

You dial in to answer your 5 interview questions, which according to the info provided are "a strategic mix of traditional and behavioral interview questions" and then you are provided with a URL to place on your resume or cover letters. Potential employers can then go to the URL and access your Audio Resume.
