Location Location Location
I doubt I’ll ever be able to afford a home in Hawaii, and certainly not on my beloved Kauai. That’s why I’ve been researching property prices around the country. I really don’t want to deal with winter anymore. I hate snow and I’m getting too old to deal with it.
I was kind of surprised to find such reasonable prices on Las Vegas Real Estate. I expected the prices to be quite high, almost like Hawaii. Maybe that would be a good place for us. It has a terrific building industry which is perfect for Brian. And the weather is perfect for me.
I need to talk to Brian about this latest brainstorm.

One of the major percs of moving to Las Vegas from Colorado Springs, (18 yrs ago) was the warmer climate. The major reason was the economy. The housing market is striong here. The most amazing thing about the Las Vegas Valley is that it is like a brand new city! A shining jewel in the desert.
