BTW, I was looking at your site and noticed the new hard drive based Zune will be code named Scorpio. Interesting. That’s my sign and my username at about 100 different sites is scorpy01. Tell the microsoft folks that they ought to ship one of those to me for testing and a review. It would be quite appropriate.

It is a great site, isn’t it? I find myself there mostly when software has updated itself without my knowing it. And yes, that means bugs, bugs, and more bugs until the patches are released.

OldVersion rocks! I have used them for several problems I have had with junk software. It isn’t without it’s difficulties, since you are deliberately installing older software, but the thing about it is, it almost always works out for me. Although I may be biased, as I hate to buy software until it’s been patched to the point that it actually works. Which is right about the same time that the new version hits

OldVersion has bailed me out a few times. Fantastic article, and I’m sure they appreciate the promo.
