I have to agree. I started a blog at Diaryland a year ago and then got my own domain name in September this year. I am definitely aware of my audience and actually think of certain posters as I'm writing stuff.

I really enjoy the back-and-forth dialogue my blog and comments provide.

Llike the warning on the label of a liquor bottle--the consumption of allcohol may make you think you are whispering when you are not--blogging can have a similar effect. I blogged for 3 months with nothing but a long string of zeros for comments. Then they started, as if falling from the sky. This bends your mind around to thinking: I'd better make sure I've got something to say.
