I'm tied into an 18 month contract and they phone has to be the worst i've had in a long time. There are endless problems with it, like for instance the touch screen buttoms below the screen randomly stop working meaning the phone is unusable without turning the handset off and back on. Without the buttons you can't access the menu, send texts, anything! As well as this the phone is very crashy! It freezes for a few seconds and then a white screen appears, and when it finally gets back to normal it's as if it's rebooted it's self. If anyone is reading this that is thinking of purchasing this handset, or getting it on contract i'd advise you to think again and pick something else! It's really not worth the hassle, this is the second handset i've had after having the first in for repair due to the touch screen menu buttons not working, and it's happening again on this one!
